Fitness Centers

The IHP has two Fitness Centres, one at the Flora Ho Sports Centre (FHSC) and the other at the Henry Fok Health & Fitness Complex located within the Stanley Ho Sports Centre (SHSC). All HKU students, staff and sports members are be eligible to make use of these fitness facilities once they have applied for the Fitness Centre User Card.
